Savvas Perdiosis The Deputy Ministry of Tourism, Republic of Cyprus (formerly Cyprus Tourism Organisation). He has university studies in Finance and Accounting (University of Warwick) as well as in Hotel Management, with professional experience in major international organizations of the tourism industry. He was a part of Louis Hotels as Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Quality & Branding Manager. He worked as Financial Controller at MiradorKempinski Lake Geneva and he was In charge of Financial Reporting, Administration, Budgeting, Operations Analysis, F&B Cost Control, Purchasing and Contract Negotiation (for Operations). Along with that he was Purchasing, Store and F & B Manager at Mykonos Theoxenia, while looking after of all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, pool bar, room service, mini-bar, banquet) and F&B administration. Also in charge of managing the storeroom and purchasing.He has command over four languages i.e. English, French, German and Greek.
