Dr. Constantine Constantinides, M.D., Ph.D., is responsible for introducing most of the implementable innovations and “firsts” which have contributed to shaping the contemporary Health Tourism Sector.
Most notably, he designed arcHTos – the Health Tourism Sector Architecture and Operating System. His role, by virtue of pedigree, credentials and activities, is that of strategist, logician and change agent. Some Sector “insiders” have referred to him as the preeminent thought leader.
He is a regularly “invited and hosted” speaker at international Health Tourism events (70 conferences in 23 countries, between 2006 and 2018 – after which he stopped counting).
Dr Constantinides wrote all the articles in the Second Opinion Section of the “International Medical Travel Journal” and all the original papers in “Health Tourism Policy and Strategy”. Some of his more impactful insights are documented in Strategic Action Papers (available by invitation and referral).
Furthermore, he is the author of books, including “Internet Century Health Tourism”, the seminal work on the subject (in the form of an eBook).
He has also authored the consumer-facing book: “The Health Tourism Lifestyle”.
