Dr Mansour is the former Director of the Medical Department of the General Department of Medical Services for the Armed Forces. He has the German Fellowship (PhD) in Dermatology and Venereology University of Hanover. German Fellowship in Allergy, University of Hanover. European Union Certificate in Andrology, University of Basel, Switzerland and a lot of other certificates.
